To be included in the Research Network projects, please complete our Registration Form. You will receive a validation email that you will need to activate within 24 hours.

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, we will never share your personal information without your explicit consent to do so – any information you share with us is completely secure.

Anyone aged 16 years and over can register with the Research Network – we use this data to determine your eligibility for individual projects. In addition, we regularly post open screeners for any studies we are currently conducting. If you qualify for a study you have registered for, our team will contact you to arrange for your participation.

We conduct a wide variety of projects globally. These include website/app usability testing, one-on-one in-depth interviews, focus groups, accompanied shopper research, eye tracking research, in-home interviews and much more.

We will use the data you provide us to see if you are a suitable participant for the studies we are conducting and send you an email inviting you to participate if you qualify. This email will contain any relevant details and a link to the screening survey.

In addition, we advertise all our ongoing projects on our Facebook page.

There are Market Research Industry Requirements specifying how often participants can take part in market research – typically once every 3 to 6 months.

Absolutely not, the information you share with us is strictly for research purposes only. You will never be asked to purchase a product or service, nor will you be recommended a product or service.

If you qualify for a study you have registered for, our team will contact you to arrange for your participation. Successfully completing a screener questionnaire does not automatically guarantee you will be selected to participate in the study. Depending on the requirements for each project, the recruitment process may take up to a week to complete.

If you have not been contacted by us within a week, then please assume that you have not been chosen for the project.

We expect you to treat your participation with us like you would any other appointment. If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us immediately and with at least 24 hours’ notice to enable us to find another participant. You can simply call +65 6737 4511 to notify one of the team.

Failure to cancel your appointment may result in exclusion from any future Research Network projects.

For the majority of our projects, we disburse incentives in cash after your participation. Alternatively, you may receive a gift voucher depending on the client’s requirements. For some projects, we securely collect bank details and do a EFT bank transfer directly to your bank. We do NOT give ‘points’ for participation.

We will inform you before every survey about the amount of incentives you will be receiving for participating. The typical payment for a 1-hour study is $100 for consumers and $150 for business owners.

In most cases, this is not possible unless you make special arrangements with us.

There are exceptions to this – if you are required to take part in a project together with your child, or if you and your friend are recruited for the same focus group session.
